Which shipping companies are supported?
Our tracking system supports over 200 logistics partners, including common China shipping methods such as China Air Mail, China Post, China EMS and Hong Kong Post. Furthermore all senders of online stores like GearBest or Banggood are supported including tracking of Deutsche Post, DHL Express, Hermes, DPD and Co.
How long is the delivery time?
The usual delivery time for cheap shipping methods like China Air Mail is about three to six weeks, with Hong Kong Air Mail your shipment usually arrives in Germany after a good two to three weeks. With special shipping methods like “Germany Express”, “Germany Priority Line” and or “EU Priority Line” your package will be on its way within 10 to 20 working days.
Which shipment numbers are supported?
Almost all Chinese shippers as well as German logistics companies are supported, simply add a tracking number at the top, such as RU375983045NL and further details will be displayed. If your shipment has been shipped recently, you should be patient for one or two days until it is displayed in the tracking.
